The cost of a design project depends on the total area of the premises and the style of the future interior. The larger the total area, the cheaper the cost of the project. The smaller the area of the premises, the cost of the project will be more expensive. It is most advantageous, if necessary, to make a design project for a house or apartment, not to divide the premises into separate rooms, thinking that this way you can save money and not do the whole house or apartment.
At first, we arrange a meeting to discuss the concept of a design project in any place convenient for the customer. You can immediately at the facility, this will allow us to see and discuss with the customer all issues related to the premises themselves. A technical task for the design is drawn up, all the wishes and preferences of the customer for the future interior or layout are recorded. All conversations are recorded on a voice recorder. The studio designer or manager will measure the space and make photo and video recordings. Contractual agreements are being signed.
You pay for the design project in stages. When meeting at the facility or a place convenient for the customer, the customer makes an advance payment of 30% of the total cost of the project. The prepayment may be less, it all depends on the total cost of the project itself, if the cost of the project is large, then 20% can be paid. After completing the work on the project, when the customer approves at least one of the sketches of the interior of the room, the customer pays 50% of the total cost of the project. The remaining 20% is paid by the customer after he receives the DEMO version of the working album in JPG format (picture).
After full payment for the project, the finished work album is sent to the customer in electronic form in PDF format, or on paper (depending on the wishes of the customer). Also, the second part of the payment of 50% can also be divided into parts if the amount is large for the customer. We have a very loyal relationship with our customers.

A well-designed workbook reduces the risk of rework and misunderstanding between the customer and the construction team. Our albums are made by specialists who have been working in construction for a long time and know very well how to make drawings so that they are understandable to builders.
The term of the design project is from 1 to 1.5 months. It all depends on the complexity of the project itself and the speed of decision-making by the customer. Sometimes it happens that the customer needs more time to make a decision, while the project deadline increases. But we always try to complete the project as quickly as possible. For us, the main thing is to complete the project as soon as possible, so that the customer can start implementing our project.
