Stages

Project implementation stages

With us you can be calm about the quality and timing of the project.
Meeting
Meeting, compiling, and filling out technical specifications. We get to know you and your approach to space. Together, we fill out a brief that will help the designer understand your practices and aesthetic preferences.
Departure

We’ll head over to your place to check out the space and take some pics. We’ll go to your place to check out the technical side of things: we’ll take a look around, take some measurements, and analyze the space.

Optimization

Tax optimization. We sign an official agreement with fixed terms and costs. We help optimize the project budget to avoid unnecessary expenses during implementation. We legally formalize all agreements.

Development

Development of a layout plan for the facility. Based on the information received, we create three layout options, which include different scenarios for movement within the space, zoning, and furniture placement.

3D development

3D visualization development. We develop the interior concept, 3D model of the object, and final visualization.

Drawings

Development of working drawings. We prepare an album of construction drawings and specifications.

Author supervision

If desired, we provide author supervision, construction, and procurement. We implement the finished design project: we carry out construction work, purchase materials, and install components.

Surrender

Final decoration and handover of the property.

Stages

Payment stages Project design:

01

prepayment of 30% of the project cost (before the start of measurements of the premises)

02

payment of 50% of the project cost (after agreeing on the planning decision and agreeing on at least one sketch of the premises)

03

20% of the cost of the project is paid (after receiving the DEMO version of the working album in the demo version of JPG format)

04

additional services (author’s supervision, site visit, consultations on the selection of building material, paid separately)

Stages of payment for the Architectural project:

01

General provisions This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regulates the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data of users of the DIZRA ROOM design studio website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
